Species-Being, Alienation, Individual
A familiar expression of alienation from Species-Being is the common use of the word 'individual' as a substantive. For, individual is properly a quantifier, so the abstraction of it from a bearer, i. e. 'human', reflects a detachment from the species. Likewise, in any ensuing 'individualism' vs. 'collectivism' debate, usually as a proxy for a Capitalism vs. Socialism dispute, 'collective' actually connotes 'collection of individuals', thereby reinforcing the alienation, and falsifying Marxist Socialism.
