Human Species, History, Will to Grow

There is evidence for each of the following four moments in Human history: 1. Origin at a single location; 2. World-wide inhabitation; 3. Unprecedented capacities for global transportation and communication; 4. Extra-terrestrial travel and exploration.  From these can be inferred that the Species is governed by a principle that can be called a Will to Grow, implying an effort, though not necessarily a successful one.  This principle is an alternative to the more prevalent Will to Peace, to Harmony, or to Unity, including that as a phase of a Fall-Redemption arc.  Accordingly, any episode in history is to be interpreted and evaluated on the basis of the Will to Grow.  Thus, for example, if Socialism is superior to Capitalism, and if it is a permanent arrangement, are determinable by reference to the Will to Grow.
